Normal vs Awesome Amenities

An amenity in this sense can be described as “any feature that provides comfort, convenience, or pleasure.” Some properties use this definition in the simplest of ways.
Common Apartment Amenities
- dishwasher
- microwave
- normal sized pool
- garbage disposal
- ceiling fan
- storage
- patio/ balcony
Then there are those communities that provide not so normal awesome amenities that can really draw in the interests of potential residents.
Awesome/ No so normal amenities
- maid service
- coffee bar
- movie theater room
- sauna
- racquetball court
- garden tub
- self- cleaning ovens
- putting green
- car washing station (with vacuums
- dog park

The Most Important Amenity to Have in Your Apartment

Whether it be their iPhone or car or their nautical themed pashmina Afghan; some things are more important to some than they are to others. But what about when it comes to your home? What are some things that are “must haves” in your home. When it comes to apartment living; finding these must haves are sometimes challenging. For me I know it’s especially important to be able to rent a washer and dryer to use in my apartment. But there are more properties that have just hook- ups available instead of the washer and dryer to rent.
